“Dry water” begins when Paulo Duarte, a Portuguese boy, is found dead at Vigo’s Port. It seems to be a suicide, but no one around him can understand why he kills himself.

After police found weapons at Paulo’s apartment, Inspector Viñas and his partner, Gabriela, go deeper into Paulo’s dead investigation and the suicide turns into a murder for them.
