A notorious Sicilian Mafia boss moves to Rio de Janeiro, with the ambitious goal of turning Brazil into the new route for heroin trafficking to the US.

Sarti learns Julien has betrayed him. With his life at risk, he must ensure that Julien pays for what he has done, no matter the cost.

Buscetta sees his relationship with his Brazilian lover Maria Cristina be put at risk when two New York Mafia pledges come to Rio to check on his drug operation.

Legros keeps a big secret from Buscetta. To avoid prison, he makes a deal with agent Singleton, and now he needs to prove that he is trustworthy to both of them.

Legros almost gets exposed when Sarti shows up uninvited to his office when a BNDD agent is there to meet him. This is intensified when 3 smugglers try to steal all of his money.
