Ambassador: Surfer dudes in Mexico, who want to be loggers, take French Canadian Beavers hostage in Baja, California. It is up to I.M. Weasel to negotiate their release. He succeeds in getting them to agree to release the hostages if he brings them a redwood forest to log. But then, vacationing policeman Baboon decides to do some negotiating of his own.
