Marineville goes to battle stations as a missile is launched.
S01:E03 - The Ghost Ship
The sunken wreck of an old sailing ship suddenly rises to the surface and begins sailing. The Stingray crew investigates and encounter a creature.
S01:E04 - Subterranean Sea
Scientists drill through the ocean floor to find another sea underneath. Stingray investigates and discovers a weird place where water rapidly disappears and then reappears.

Stingray investigates claims of the Loch Ness monster.
S01:E06 - Set Sail for Adventure
Stingray escorts Admiral Denver on his sail across the Pacific as they are hit by a huge storm.

During a training exercise, Stingray is fired on by a submarine from the World Navy controlled by Capt. Jordon, whom people think is responsible.

Titan, the leader of the amphibians decides to replace the crew on Stingray instead of destroying the vessel.

Two men take an unsafe submarine to the ocean floor searching for a rumored forest of gems. After the men get in to trouble, Stingray is sent to rescue them.
S01:E10 - Titan Goes Pop
Duke Dexter, the world's most famous singer will be visiting Marineville for a benefit concert where he is kidnapped by Titan.
S01:E11 - In Search of the Tajmanon
Stingray is delopyed to Africa to investigate a series of flooded underwater ruins that appear to have disappeared. The crew finds evidence of human intervention and avoid a trap when a bomb explodes under Stingray. Stingray must investigate if the same poeple who set the bomb stole the temple complex.
S01:E12 - A Christmas to Remember
Troy visits Barry, an orphan of a former commander of Marineville. Troy invites the boy to spend Christmas with them and convinces the Commander into letting Barry go on patrol with the Stingray crew.
S01:E13 - Tune of Danger
Learning that a jazz group is to give a concert in the undersea city of Aphony, where Marina's father lives, Surface Agent X20 plants a bomb in the group's bass.
S01:E14 - The Ghost of the Sea
Commander shore keeps having nightmares about the time when he was crippled in a sea battle with an underwater craft five years ago and rescued by a mysterious stranger.
S01:E15 - Rescue from the Skies
As part of his training to become an aquanaut, Lt. Fisher is given temporary command of Stingray and assigned target practice.
S01:E16 - The Lighthouse Dwellers
Just as an aircraft begins its approach towards a new airfield, light from a disguised lighthouse comes on, confusing the pilot and causing him to crash.

An underwater race that lives beneath the floor of the Pacific Ocean has developed a large "missile ejector" and is test firing it on small islands.

Troy is on standby duty while a ship carrying a radioactive isotope nears its port destination and gets a summons to help the stricken ship.

After a robot probe inexplicably disappears, the Stingray crew is ordered to investigate.

An Eastern dictator named El Hudat arrives in Marineville, wishing to become a member of the World Aquanaut Security Patrol.

Troy and Phones rescue a comatose man and take him back to Marineville for treatment.

While waiting for the call to action in the Stand-By Lounge, Troy falls asleep.

Having been dethroned by the people of his Eastern nation, El Hudat's twin brother, Ali Khali, arrives in Marineville.

A ship with a load of gold disappears after hitting an iceberg.

A film crew arrives at Marineville to make a movie on Stingray. Everyone will play themselves except Troy, who is to be replaced by an actor.

Reports come in from all over the world about pink ice.

When three unused freighters set to be blown up vanish, Troy and Phones go out to find them.

After recovering a giant oyster, two explorers are captured by Troy in restricted waters.

The Stingray crew fall into a trap set by aliens at a weather station.
S01:E30 - a Nut for Marineville
When a seemingly indestructible craft is sighted heading towards Marineville on a crash course, Professor Burgoyne is called in to help develop a super missile with which to destroy it.

Professor Cordo kidnaps Atlanta and takes her to his undersea farm.
S01:E32 - Count Down
Surface Agent X20 infiltrates the Marineville base by posing as a professor in order to destroy it.

The Stingray crew are sent to investigate the mysterious destruction of oil rigs.
S01:E34 - Plant of Doom
Following the escape of his slave Marina, Titan plots revenge by planning to kill the Stingray crew with a deadly plant that gives off toxic fumes.

Troy must make repairs after Stingray is damaged by a Terror Fish attack, where an Aquaphibian poisons him.
S01:E36 - The Golden Sea
The Stingray crew must make monthly visits to Professor Darren and his team who have developed a way to make gold from minerals taken from the sea bed.
S01:E37 - Hostages of the Deep
When an undersea alien named Gadus kidnaps World Navy Admiral Carson and his wife from their remote island home, Troy, Phones and Marina head off on a rescue mission.
S01:E38 - Marineville Traitor
Commander Shore appears to be a traitor after Marineville's security is breached which forces Troy to arrest his commanding officer under suspicion.
S01:E39 - Aquanaut of the Year
After receiving the 'Aquanaut of the Year' award, Troy finds himself part of a 'This is Your Life' program where he reminisces some of his greatest adventures.
