Sitting in the dentists office, Olliver uncovers a plot masterminded by the mad dentist, Dr. Barmie. Assisted by his evil partner, the Big Teeth Tooth Fairy, he plans to unleash a plague of tooth decay by using a sugar-filled cereal as his instrument of destruction.
