At Donnie's suggestion, Paul decides to take up woodworking as a hobby to help manage the stress of running the restaurants. Alma, who is terrified Paul is going to hurt himself, insists his older brother Arthur--a carpenter himself--try and protect Paul in the dangerous endeavor.
