S01:E49 - Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park
Sequoia and King's Canyon National Park are located back to back along the Sierra Nevadas, but these twin-like parks are distinctly their own. Sequoia National Park is the second oldest national park, boasting large groves of sequoia trees that reach shocking heights, making them the largest and oldest living things on earth. King's Canyon, being the younger park, plunges into one of the deepest canyons in the US.
