Neighbours

Tyler and the Brennans do their best to deal with the reality that Tyler is now on a murder charge. Faced with ballooning legal bills, they resolve to sell the boat. When Gary gets wind of that, his heart goes out and he hatches a plan for a group to pitch in to buy the boat and run a business out of it. Terese is nominally on board, but confesses her fears for Piper, being caught in the middle of a murder trial. Her perspective is challenged by Mark, however, who compares Tyler’s dumb decision to Josh’s king-hitting of Chris. Meanwhile Ben learns that it might have been his re-interview that tipped the balance for Tyler and is mortified. But Tyler assures him he did the right thing. Gary, still short a majority investor on the boat, pleads with David, who asks Paul for a loan. And Paul is happy to pitch in 60%. Success! But it turns out that Paul isn’t going to be as silent a partner as the other shareholders hoped.
