Anna and Diana (recurring guest star JANE BADLER) are face to face for the first time in 15 years. Erica seeks to find if the V's did something to her while pregnant with Tyler.

Erica fights for her life after she discovers her partner is a Visitor; Anna orders Ryan to find Malik (REKHA SHARMA), who has gone missing; and Lisa's body begins to change.

Anna secretly has an invading fleet of breeding vessels, while Eli Cohn (recurring guest star ODED FEHR) tries to convince the Fifth Column it's time to assassinate Anna.
