Tracey Morgan met her stalker, Anthony Burstow, in 1992. She had initially befriended him because she thought he was lonely but her kindness was repaid with a ten year campaign of harassment which only ended when Burstow was convicted of the attempted murder of another woman. Morgan recounts her fear and frustration at the lack of legal protection and what led her to fight for the first legislation to protect people from stalkers. Burstow was eventually sentenced for nine years. He is due for a parole hearing later in 2008/09 and, for Morgan, his possible release is a looming nightmare.
