P.E.A.C.E. is a secret organization headquartered in an underground sewer deep in the bowels of Paris, France. The strongest, bravest secret members of P.E.A.C.E. are three penguins: Rooky, Texture, and Roborobo. They protect the city of Paris from "Big Boss" and his evil followers who dare to threaten peace.
