The beautiful fishing port of Arthurstown in Co. Wexford is celebrated this week as Kevin has his own modern take on Fish Chowder.

S01:E01 - Episode 1
In this episode Kevin goes lobster fishing off Hook Head and makes oven baked lobster with Dalkey mustard cream sauce. He also visits the kitchen garden in Dunbrody House which is run by Irene Kelly and makes potato pie with a puff pastry crust. He then makes seared fillet beef and blue cheese salad; a waldorf celeriac salad and apple tart.
