At a meeting, police officers and Cher reckon MAN-LA only wants to get close to KA-LONG and nobody else. KA-LONG faces a dilemma as he refuses to go undercover. KA-CHUN takes MAN-LOK back to her place. After a one-night fling, he steals information from her phone. WAI-WAN reminds KA-CHUN not to use ruthless methods in his investigations, otherwise he will easily lose his way. Bringing documents along with her, MAN-LA goes to a restaurant to see KA-LONG. She lets him sign the documents to become beneficiary of her insurance policy. KA-LONG suggests going somewhere to have fun as he wants to improve his relationship with his mother. KA-CHUN manages to get hold of some amethyst. He wants to ask NGA-SHUEN to help analyze the drug. But it is her day off.
