KA-YING asks LO SO to keep the secret of SHING FONG but LO SO reveals that he will fight for the right of TING-HANG. A client from Mainland China deposits 30 million dollars at the law firm. SHING MING tries to keep the money in the safe but KO KWAI sees the passwords accidentally. SHING MING visits LO SO at night. He reveals that he has asked private detective to check the whereabouts of KA-YING before. He asks LO SO to inform him before telling the secret to TING-HANG. New Year is coming and SHING MING successfully persuades KA-TING to allow KA-YING to join their New Year dinner. The 30 million dollars in the safe is gone.
