YU-HONG, MAN-LA and SDU officers eventually force Red Wolf into an impasse. Red Wolf uses his last account to transfer funds. He also implants a detonator into KWOK-BUN’s body. He resorts to taking heavy duty explosives for launching attacks in a busy district. Police officers have KWOK-BUN in their custody. Terrorists promptly launch an assault and shoot the police. KA-LONG and SDU officers rush to the scene. KWOK-BUN takes KA-LONG’s previous subordinate hostage. The situation is getting tense. Red Wolf has no other options and angrily resorts to going after MAN-LA. YU-HONG divides his team into two units and takes MAN-LA away. The chums run into Red Wolf’s minions on the way. After a gun fight, WAI-WAN and SDU officers are hurt. MAN-LA is also shot amid the chaos.
