The business of recruitment is brutal. You are dealing with one of the most variable of commodities: people. In The Job Centre we follow exuberant boss Jane Vincent, who owns one of the liveliest Recruitment Agency’s in Bradford, Candelisa People. Along with her straight talking team, she is tasked with finding jobs for the extraordinary characters that walk through the agency’s doors, as they work to get Yorkshire employed. In this fourth and final episode, boss Jane is facing a tough time with profits downs, and the business struggling. In an attempt to turn things around, Jane manages to get a meeting with Bradford City Football Club, in an attempt to win a contract to supply them with match day stewards. If successful, it could lead to bigger and better things with the Club, but can she pull it off? Plus, with the agency struggling, the pressure is on Carlos and Rachel more than ever, to fill the jobs and quickly. But as Carlos finds himself without a candidate for one of their regular clients, Jane steps in with a potential solution, but it’s a left of field suggestion. So will it pay off? And Jane gives an Italian man some work experience at the agency, but what happens when things get lost in translation?
