THE TWILIGHT KILLERS who would stop at nothing to stay together Lincolnshire teen sweethearts Kim Edwards (14) and Lucas Markham (15) were convicted of the murder of Kim's mother, Elizabeth (49) and younger sister, Katie (13)in April 2016. In a planned attack Markham had stabbed Elizabeth in the voice box while she slept, then smothered her, before doing the same to Kim's sister. Kim had helped plan the murders and had let him in through a window. 36 hours later they were found watching Twilight in the house with the rotting bodies upstairs. They had had sex, run a bath and bought ice cream. Despite writing suicide notes they were still alive and well. The pair were given a 20 year sentence each, reduced to 17 years on appeal.
