Now that Budgie is in the money, covetous Charlie gets close to him.

Budgie is now working in Charlie's bookshop, and doing well. Hazel has a problem that draws Budgie back to his old school and into a spot of bother.

Budgie launches a farming business, but one without a farm or any animals.

Jack Bird adds complications to Budgie's already troubled domestic life.

Budgie's sister, Vi, is getting married...as long as Budgie can persuade the groom to come to the church.

Budgie is drawn into the world of show business.

It's Charlie Endell's birthday, and Budgie gives him a present.
