Timmy, a loser hacker kid at Kevin's school, rebels against his yuppie parents and befriends Kevin. After crashing Timmy's dad's Porsche into the school, the pair wreak havoc in its dark hallways. Kevin's "axe monkey" is set loose after sampling the janitor's magic mushrooms.
