Gordon Ramsay's F Word is back. In this show get three fabulous Ramsay recipes - salad of red mullet with sauté anchovy potatoes, saddle of lamb stuffed with spinach, apricots and cumin and summer pudding with lime créme fraiche - every dish something you can cook at home. Each week Gordon's kitchen brigade are a bunch of amateurs so serving 50 diners is a huge challenge - this week he's joined by four butchers from Birmingham. To make it even harder the diners have been told not to pay if the food's not up to scratch. It's going to be a tough night.
