Kitchen Nightmares

This week Gordon heads to The Mixing Bowl, a small diner in Bellmore, New York, run by talented chef Billy, his wife Lisa and their incompetent manager Mike. The restaurant is haemorrhaging money and will close its doors unless Gordon can save it. Gordon quickly discovers manager Mike has been wasting a lot of money on crazy business promotions and takes him to task. Mike flips out, pounding his fists, slamming doors and screaming at Lisa, so Gordon kicks him out of the restaurant. Will Billy and Lisa be able to turn their restaurant around? Can Mike help them offer "something completely different" to the competition?
