Kitchen Nightmares

Joe Siniglia has been in charge of Italian restaurant Campania for a year and a half and in that short time he has managed to run it into the ground. Gordon quickly realizes what's wrong - the food takes forever to come out of the chaotic kitchen, the portions are so huge no one can eat them, the staff are immature and inexperienced and the fridge has enough fresh food to feed an army.
