Fund manager comments that the stock of Endless Beauty has plunged to even lower than the issue price and demands that KWAN-LAM sells assets to repay the debt, but KWAN-LAM refuses to sell the patent right of 797M. KWAN-LAM is of the view that PING-KUEN has failed his tasks, hence dismisses him and recommends that SIU-KIT takes over. He also resigns as the chairman, YAT-FAN proposes that MAN-LEI succeeds to it but WING-TONG is not content with the arrangement.
