Brother's Keeper

MAN-YING travels to Hong Kong alone and she meets CHEUK CHING. CHEUK CHING persuades her to consider WAI-SHUN's feelings. MAN-YING questions CHEUK CHING about her relationship with TIN-SENG and she reminds her to cherish him as well. When MAN-YING is not there, WAI-SHUN is very busy. YUK-MUI urges him to find MAN-YING. After observing WAI-SHUN's reactions, MAN-YING is quite certain that he doesn't love her. LUNG FEI goes to visit MAN-YING when he works in Hong Kong and MAN-YING is deeply touched. During the outbreak of SARS in 2003, the stock market drops drastically. CHEUK CHING's boutique business is performing badly. CHEUK CHING learns from the news broadcast that somebody living in TIN-SENG's building is infected. The number of tourists in Macau drops significantly as well.
