She even helps Tai-Kin chop open a durian, getting him out of an awkward situation and winning applause from the audience. Tai-Kin is grateful to Mung-Lu. The two of them can now get along. Double Eight is suddenly hurt and hospitalized. Yau-Choi and Fung Bo call the police. But Double Eight says she fell down by herself. Her chums are agitated and want revenge. Chun-Pak invites Mung-Lu to his younger cousin sister's engagement banquet. Chun-Pak fancies Mung-Lu. Dressed to the nines, Mung-Lu returns in Cinderella style to the fruit store to take care of business. Tai-Kin cannot believe what he sees.
