Kitchen Nightmares

Chef Ramsay visits a Mexican restaurant named Mama Ritas in Newbury Park, CA. Owner Laura, a former successful caterer, doesn't know the difference between running a restaurant and running a catering business. With her former catering chef running the kitchen, Mama Rita's is the fastest and least fresh restaurant in all of California. Chef Ramsay will have to implement some new fresh ideas to get Mama Rita's running like a restaurant and not a catering business.
