Kitchen Nightmares

El Greco is a Greek restaurant in the heart of the college town of Austin, Texas. Jake and his mother Athina run el Greco. Jake decided late in is life to go to culinary school to become a chef. Athina helped him open the restaurant by investing combine 800,000 dollars to start. They also got Athina's sister Kiki from Greece who left her family to come help run El Greco. When the place opened the first 8 month was a huge success with lines out the door. It wasn't until they changed the way they cooked by introduces Chef "Mike" aka the microwave. Their food quality started to decline and the customer flow dropped. Jake started to be disrespected to his staff and especially his mother fighting constantly in front of customers. They are in major debt now and have been on the verge of closing. Can Jake and Athina get along and do whatever they can to get this restaurant back to the form it once had
