After one year's training, SHING is finally able to take part in the Guangdong-HK-Macau Boxing Tournament. With YAT's committed and skilful teaching, SHING manages to beat his opponent from Macau and becomes the Boxing Champion of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. TSZ has never won a game, so YAT is resolved to find out the reason and help her improve her boxing techniques. Rumors are going around the boxing field that CHEUNG is deep in debt and needs to borrow heavily to survive. TING has located CHEUNG and offers to hire him as a Boxing Trainer.
