Gloves Come Off

After a few rounds of intense fighting, YAT finally manages to defeat SHING. Following his failure in the boxing match, SHING comes to realise what boxing is truly about, and submits his resignation to CHIU right away. SHING goes to the Dragon Boxing Gym and makes a formal apology to YAT. Once again he declares his love for KAU and refuses to divorce her. SHING comes to discover that he has been tricked by VICKY. The pair have soon got into a terrible quarrel, during which VICKY is so worked up that she finally suffers a miscarriage. FAI returns from overseas, and painfully reveals to YAT how she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. VICKY keeps pestering SHING and even frames him for forcing her into drug trafficking. The Empire Boxing Gym is seeking an 8-figure sum of compensation from SHING. Not wanting to get KAU into trouble, SHING decides to divorce her. KAU goes to see CHEUNG trying to negotiate for a smaller amount of compensation. SHING is shocked to hear that KAU is found lying dead in an alley.
