On the shores of the mighty Mississippi River, New Orleans is one of the most unique and recognizable American cities. Drug trafficking has added a violent element of chaos to this otherwise cherished American city that has greatly affected its youth under the age of 30. The damage inflicted upon New Orleans’s economy over the years due to flooding has only exacerbated the issue of violent crime.
