On Zippy city's foundation day, huge bear truck Grizzly comes to town. Every vroomy scares of his scary appearance and grumbling engine. But Speeder helps him and befriends with him. When Speeder gets in danger during the race, Grizzly saves Speeder. Other vroomies realize that they misunderstood Grizzly.
