When Luger an ambitious drug dealer on McGraw Ave. makes plans to go to war with a KingPin he is forced to hire the biggest hitman "Murda".

Luger has a hit on him by Bolo and the feds are on him at the same time. Murda is showing his loyalty to Luger by not leaving him in such a critical time but there is a heavy price to pay for that.

Luger is caught in a raid and the streets are worried about where they are going to get their next bag. Meanwhile Murda has his own problems trying to catch up with JoJo.
