Ken has left a letter for Little To. He hopes she can leave the past behind, and that she should also treasure PAK and begin a relationship with him. Little To and PAK are having wine at home. After getting tipsy, they become intimate. Mr Kam, Northern Lights Insurance CEO, wants Boss Keung and YIP TSZ to investigation a traffic accident case involving compensation in the range of HK$100 million. He wants them to do everything possible to lower the compensation, preferably to zero. Boss Keung gives Vincent the investigation file, which is then passed on to YIP TSZ for her to sign. YIP TSZ realizes the file is forged. She points out she has to tell her superior and also call the police. However, Mr Kam hopes Boss Keung can handle YIP TSZ. Brother Sung cannot stand Cicibaby anymore and tells her he wants to end their relationship. Cicibaby trips and gets hurt as she falls down stairs. After treatment, she claims to be paraplegic and needs to seek insurance compensation.
