CHEUNG TUNG cannot contact YIP TSZ as her phone is always engaged. He goes to Northern Lights Insurance to look for her, but to no avail. However, he finds YIP TSZ¡¦s dead body among a bunch of onlookers outside the office block. She had apparently plunged down the building. Mr Kam in fact knew Vincent forged the file. Vincent also asked YIP TSZ to keep it secret and become his accomplice. Vincent then found out YIP TSZ secretly recorded their conversation and was going to call the police. While Vincent and YIP TSZ were arguing on some high floor, Vincent pushed her off the building. CHEUNG TUNG gets furious as he then watches Boss Keung¡¦s dash cam footage of Vincent¡¦s act of killing. So he buys a gun on the black market as he wants to seek revenge for YIP TSZ. In his dream, CHEUNG TUNG takes a gun with him and returns to the office to shoot Vincent. But PAK, Little To and Boss Keung get shot instead of Vincent.
