She does not feel happy when they are together. So she seizes a chance when he is not noticing to return everything to his place with a request to end their relationship. CHEUNG TUNG cannot get over Vincent not going to jail for killing YIP TSZ. So he uses sleepwalking as an excuse for asking the doctor to let him have examination at the psychiatric hospital where Vincent is staying. Armed with a knife, CHEUNG TUNG takes Vincent hostage at the psychiatric hospital and takes a recorder containing evidence away from him. CHEUNG TUNG then lets Rachael give the recorder to PAK. PAK and Mr Kam argue over the recording and forged files in the past several decades being sufficient evidence to prove Northern Lights is in fact a shell company.
