Following the funeral of a long ago fling, Roo McVie gets more than she bargained for when a second lover - and a third - also die.

Roo spends too much time thinking about the fact that her ex-boyfriends are dying off. But she finds respite in officiating between a fight between EJ and her boyfriend Zach.

Salvation for Roo may be at hand when she bumps into a possible one night stand whom she had forgotten about, thanks to the hazy tint of alcohol.

When Zach stumbles across Roo's list of dying exes, he decides to take matters into his own hands, with disastrous results.

Roo's attempts to reconnect with EJ fail as EJ grapples with Zach's impending death and the fact she seems to be co-pilot on Zach's "bucket list."
