The American Draculas arrive in Stokely for cousin Boris’ vampire transformation. The Count’s younger brother, Harvey is a reformed, soya blood-drinking vampire. Harvey tries to convince the Count to become ‘blood-free’. But when Harvey goes to make peace with the slayer, Van Helsing, the blood lust is too much and Vlad has to stop the re-emerged Ivan from killing Van Helsing.
