GeGeGe No Kitaro (Subtitled)

A forest has appeared in Shibuya's scramble crossing. People in the city are inexplicably turning into trees. Only half believing, middle schooler Mana puts a letter in the Yokai Post, and with a clip-clop GeGeGe no Kitaro appears!

At the arena concert of popular idol group Batteries, several thousand attendees have disappeared! Behind the incident is BiBiBi Productions, a talent company started by Ratman.

After hearing that children are going missing all over, Mana contacts Kitaro and the others and is ready to go with them to discover the truth behind the incidents, but Kitaro turns her down, saying that humans and youkai can't be friends.

Elementary schooler Yuuta, who lives next door to Mana, gets the story of Kitaro out of her and goes to the GeGeGe Forest.

Lately, humans just haven't been afraid of the yokai Kaminari. He thinks fondly of the days when people used to fear he would take their belly buttons...

Kitaro arrives with a clip-clop in a lonely village deep in the mountains where Masae lives. The one who called Kitaro is Masae's only son, Sho, who lives in Tokyo.

The president of a certain company is drinking with his subordinate at a bar. He says, "people who believe in yokai are just making excuses for their own weaknesses." Then, Kitaro appears. Kitaro tells him that yokai exist, even if he can't see them.

Mana's class has gone to a certain village on an educational field trip. While chasing after a classmate, an old stone monument is accidentally toppled.

Gouhara is the president of an IT company that is short-handed due to people quitting because of the low pay and grueling hours. While he's fretting over his troubles, he meets Ratman and the two of them join forces to start a company using kappa.

Mana goes to Cat-girl saying, "lately, creepy things have been happening at school." After learning that one of the seven wonders of Mana's school, Hanako-san of the third floor girl's bathroom, is a friend of Cat-girl's, the two of them go to see Hanako, but they can't find her.

A second moon appears in the sky and begins drawing closer and closer to Earth.

The Japanese government has been taken over by tanuki. With anti-tanuki supporters being arrested one after another, humans have begun monitoring each others' speech and actions.

The shop Ratman started selling dirt-cheap diamonds is thriving. When Kitaro expresses his suspicions about it, Ratman refutes him and declares he's cutting ties with Kitaro.

Masashi, a boy who is worried by the fact that his father has fallen asleep and won't wake up, seeks Kitaro's help through Mana.

Kirara, a girl who knows about the people who follow idols around, hates the way she looks and has an overwhelming desire for her face to be cuter.

Mana visits Sakaiminato where her aunt and uncle live. In order to cheer Mana up after she learns that the festival has been canceled, her uncle Shouji goes out fishing to catch her a lively fish, but he never comes back.

The town of Sakaiminato in the Tottori prefecture. Quietly, a strange series of events has begin. Night after night a strange monk appears to pose riddles, and those who can't answer are turned into bronze statues.

Lately, a mountain of vegetables has arrived at Kitaro's door nearly every day. Kitaro and Daddy Eyeball are suspicious, wondering who could be behind it, but when Cat-girl shows up she says they're just vegetables so they might as well accept them.

There is a school for ghosts and monsters. There, there are no tests or anything else. As this rumor spreads, Yuuto comes to Mana with a story about his friend saying he will become a ghost, then disappearing.

One day, Mana goes with her mother, Junko, to visit her great-aunt, Yoshiko, in the hospital. Her great-aunt asks her to see if the flowers around her house are blooming.

In a certain place, there was a yokai known as Takuroubi. As anything it touched burned, it lived avoiding humans and even yokai.

Mana and Cat-girl visit a certain island known as a tourist spot. At the same time, Ratman arrives on the same island with the production crew of a TV show about bizarre and scary stories and the talent starring in the show.

In 1968, a certain apartment building was constructed. But, in spite of the fact that it was a brand-new building, three yokai took up residence. One by one, the human residents flee in terror.

One day, a violent earthquake races through GeGeGe Forest. Ratman announces that he's going to get married. Kitaro and the others remain dubious even as the arrive at the place where the wedding is to be held.

Without thinking too much of it, Mana downloads a curse app and inputs the name of a classmate.

Because of her mother's unrelenting training, high schooler Yuuna can't date anyone even if she does fall for a boy.

A large number of displaced yokai have arrived in GeGeGe Forest. Starting with Miminaga, Kitaro and the others welcome them all into the forest.

Help me destroy the ring to stop the Brigadoon Project. Agnes asks for Kitaro's help without any further explanation.

After activating the Brigadoon Project, Blackbeard plans to make humans slaves to yokai and rule over them. In order to stop this, Agnes hurries to the city after feeling a response from the ring

The city is alive with Halloween celebrations. Mana invites Cat-girl to a Halloween event, and the two of them visit an old movie theater. The movie they go to see is a horror film.

On a certain riverbank live three youkai - Adzuki-washer, Adzuki-weigher, and the Adzuki Hag. In the modern age, where no one even touches adzuki beans, no one notices them.

Agnes is distraught over not being able to find the ring. Mana happens by. Seeing her glum expression, Mana takes Agnes to her beloved Sakaiminato to cheer her up.

Kitaro and the others are visiting a certain mansion deep in the mountains. According to the letter they received in the youkai post, a girl named Yayoi is being targeted by the youkai Hakusanbou.

A notice of a pleasure trip has been posted in a corner of GeGeGe Forest. The youkai read it with great anticipation.

After saying goodbye to Kitaro, Agnes frets alone at the edge of the pond. That's when Mana appears. The pond is where Agnes and Mana talked and had lunch the day they first met.

The Ring of Arcana has appeared. Knowing that its manifestation means the European yokai will be coming again, Kitaro, Agnes, and the others search desperately for the ring.

Miraculously, Mana has survived. As she looks around, she sees the place swarming with humans who have been turned into youkai by the Brigadoon project.

On her way home from her first shrine visit of the year, Mana spots a youkai dragging a dead body.

At a certain cafe, Cat-girl and Mana chat with Yuki, a snow woman. Yuki says she's grown close to a human man named Shun.

Poor-man Isamu is a comedian with zero popularity. When he gets up on stage to do his material, it never gets any laughs, and his slump drags on.

Inside a closed shoe shop, an old man named Isao packs up to move away. Isao and his family sort through their things, getting rid of what they don't need.

One day, while Kitaro is relaxing at home, Kojirou and a group of his fellow karasu-tengu appear. Ignoring Kitaro's greetings, Kojirou informs him he's being arrested for the crime of eradication and takes him away.

In town, blood-sucking incidents are growing frequent. As Kitaro investigates, he receives a letter. The sender wants to be killed.

Kitajima Atsuhi, a member of the idol unit Paradise, which is experiencing a surge in popularity, is tired of playing the shallow party boy character the president of the production company told him to play.

Having received a letter saying "We are being attacked by the youkai Mannendake," Kitaro travels to a bamboo grove deep in the mountains.

One day after school, Mana and her friends look at the Hina dolls displayed in the hallway. It's a seven-tiered stand, but only the Emperor and Empress are displayed.

One day, on her way home from school, Mana talks with her friends about how a new social networking app, Omega Talk, has gotten popular.

Mana uses her power to obliterate Cat-girl body and spirit. Footage of it is broadcast and the antagonism between youkai and humans intensifies.

The final character is written and Mana is complete as a vessel. Nanashi, who is using Mana, has obtained unimaginable power.

An abandoned town in north-east Japan. When night falls there, eerie black clouds rise and from them resounds a terrifying cry.

The Nue which had appeared in Touhoku was a fake, a tanuki transformed. Kitaro hurries back, but the Nue raises its ominous cry in Tokyo.

Mana's friend Miyabi has quarreled with her mother over something trivial. When she wishes she could go back to when she was little, she suddenly finds herself lost in a forest.

Charatomi was once well-known as a U-tuber, but his job hunting isn't going well. He makes a comeback as a U-tuber in an attempt to escape from his job search.

The youkai Dorotabou appears at the construction site of Mega Solar, attacking the construction workers one after another.

Ever since Hihi, the youkai, learned tennis from a human, he's been enraptured. An athlete he trained even reached fourth in the world.

A suspicious man playing a guitar offers to form an alliance with Ratman.

In town, there have been a series of incidents where young women have had all the blood drained from their body while they are still alive.

To investigate a shipwreck, Kitaro visits a port city alone, but none of the residents will talk to him.

Kitaro and Cat-girl investigate a case after receiving a request from a young man who's lover disappeared exactly two weeks ago.

Mana has gone camping with Souma, Hiroto, Yuuta, and their father Yuuichi. Though Souma and Hiroto's horseplay is exasperating, Mana enjoys her holiday.

One night, Nickel Kana, of idol group the Batteries, meets Tofu-kozou. Kana is surprised, but he's a weak youkai that can only carry tofu around.

When Mana visits GeGeGe Forest, she finds Kitaro and Ratman arguing over something trivial. Meanwhile, in town, the water has been contaminated sending everyone running around looking for drinking water.

On Tanabata, after receiving a letter from Ratman, Kitaro and the others visit a bamboo forest. In the strange bamboo forest where the bamboo flowers bloom in disarray, they get separated from the Plastered Wall.

The bankruptcy of the company her husband worked at causes Shouko and her family to move to a new town, but that town is controlled by the family of the president of Onikubo Foods.

Mana, Kitaro, and the others visit Tottori for the first time in a long time, and learn the shocking truth that Tottori has become the Great Tottori Empire and has become an independent nation.

Kitaro and the others celebrate the fishing festival with everyone from Sakaiminato. Then, Mana hears a strange voice calling her and disappears.

College student Christine Minato is very popular on social media with over a million followers. She uploads photos and videos that make everyone around her jealous.

On the run after robbing a convenience store, Kakeru happens upon a strange bus. To escape the police, he reluctantly boards the bus and asks where it's headed.

When he learns that Mana and Isurugi Rei have met, Kitaro grows even more wary. On the way back from GeGeGe Forest, one of the Four Generals of Betrayal, Kidou, Ibukimaru, appears before Mana and Cat-girl.

On the mountains where no one can enter lives a god called Taitanbou-sama. The watchman of the mountains has the duty of going to the sacred rock every four days and praying that no one other than the villagers may enter the mountains.

Lately, Karakasa has grown jealous of the beautiful, modern umbrellas. One rainy day, Karakasa goes into town with Ratman and sees a young man take the wrong plastic umbrella.

Cat-girl takes some of her home-cooked food to Kitaro's house, but ends up disappointed to find him not at home. He's gone out to gather mushrooms with Child's-cry Old Man.

A rumor silently spreads on the internet, that Yamata no Orochi on Mount Oguro with grant any 8 wishes. Hearing this, Kitaro goes to hear the details from Yobuko, who knows everything that goes on in the mountains.

King Enma demands that Kitaro apprehend the nine-tailed fox, Tamamo-no-mae. The spirits of the Four Generals of Betrayal are necessary to maintain the balance of spiritual energy in Hell.

Chasing the last of the Four Generals of Betrayal, Tamamo-no-mae, Kitaro finally comes face-to-face with her in Hell. But, Tamamo-no-mae disappears without settling things with Kitaro and the others.

The efforts of Kitaro and the others has lead to the fall of Tamamo-no-mae, and all Four Generals of Betrayal have been sealed away. A time of peace descends, but Kitaro's expression stays troubled.

Kitaro begins to wonder if it was Nurarihyon who released the Four Generals. In his plan to restore the power of youkai, he uses brute force, and Kitaro steels his vigilance against him.

Kitaro receives a request from a photographer named Kunou who says he's being haunted by a ghost. That night, Kitaro accompanies him to where he's supposed to meet someone, and the ghost of a woman swoops down on Kunou.

As the city prepares for Halloween, Ratman walks down an alley and a strange shadow appears before him. A voice declaring itself the true son of the emperor of the European Youkai, Backbeard, Backbeard Junior, belongs to the European youkai Bat-cat.

All around Mana, humans are being stricken with a strange illness that turns them all wrinkly and causes them to fall unconscious. She notices that her classmate Tsutomu is acting oddly, but he keeps telling her to leave him alone. Worried, Mana goes to his apartment building.

Hiderigami loves manga, loves it so much that he's trying to draw some himself. He takes his finished manuscript to several different publishing companies, but his frightening appearance prevents anyone from accepting it.

Something is causing groups of people to mysteriously age, and each of the victims used a rejuvination cream labelled "Beauty B Beauty." To try to bring the situation under control, Kitaro and the others head to the island where the youkai Nuppeppou is manufacturing the cream.

A strange masked youkai is attacking groups of young people who then go missing. Kitaro begins to investigate the string of incidents. Just then, Mana gets caught up in the masked youkai's attack.

Deep in the mountains to the south, a certain youkai, nicknamed Chin-san, makes up his mind. "I want everyone in the village to be able to live an easy life!" He goes to Japan, but gets apprehended for being completely naked.

One day, a huge eyeball appears near Mt. Fuji. People are shocked and panic. It just floats there, not doing anything, but Kitaro goes to get the situation under control.

As Christmas approaches, the city is lively, and children are disappearing one after another. On his way to GeGeGe Forest, Souma meets Mana, but in the briefest of moments, Hiroto disappears.

Mana is hungry after the school's opening ceremonies, so when her friend Aya mentions her parents run a cafe, Mana goes over to her house. The cafe is quite impressive, but there are no customers.

On top of getting rejected by Akali Yuriko, she told him he was "flat." Cotton Cloth goes to Kitaro's house in hopes of some comfort for his broken heart, but Kitaro and Cat-girl are out.

A client, Youko, says her hands have been "stolen." On her neck are clear marks from where she strangled herself with her own hands.

Kitaro is debuting as an idol?! Mana is shocked when she looks at her phone. Meanwhile, as Kitaro walks leisurely through the city, he is suddenly surrounded by women calling themselves his fans.

A ticket to a play arrives for Kitaro from a man named Hongou, a world-famous director. The play is based on a case Kitaro solved and set in a locale from Hongou's youth.

Okuda is a television director and things just don't seem to go well for him at work. Even his own son Yousuke would rather watch videos on the internet than watch the programs he made.

When the world ends, Cat-girl and Daddy Eyeball are trapped by people who have turned into vampires.

Mana joins Kitaro and the others on their trip to an inn exclusive to the Immortal Onsen.

The Emperor of the European Yokai; Backbeard joins forces with Nurarihyon and devours a city.

Despite the efforts of Kitaro and the others, the battle between human and youkai intensifies! Will everything turn out the way Nurarihyon planned?!

A portal is opened to another dimension, and Mana searches for Kitaro.
