Prior to entering the British Army, Captain Crewe makes sure his daughter, Sara, is well cared for in a London Boarding School. However, when bad news finds Captain Crewe back in India, his life takes a turn for the worse.
S01:E02 - Part 2
As Sara becomes acquainted with her new school, her father’s fever worsens back in India, and his regret deepens. During Sara’s luxurious birthday party, she receives bad tidings that alters the course of her life forever.

Sara’s outlook on life begins to change to reflect her new role in life and at the boarding school. Her old friends are there to comfort her as they feel Sara would do for them, but will Sara learn to endure the hardship befallen upon her?
