Sadolar was consumed by an even more vicious organism. What was this new organism? Just then, something happens at the seabed. Ryu and Marina head down to investigate.

The C-Pin 929 emergency rations Alien Fanton dropped on Earth came into contact with the atmosphere due to High-Dimensional Predator Bogal and begins to grow infinitely!

It is discovered that the vicious organism Bogarl, who preys on monsters, is weak to electricity. GUYS upgrades Miclas to Eleki-Miclas.
S01:E09 - Armor of Vengeance
Mebius fends off Bogarl, and Tsurugi disappears as if he ran out of power. GUYS determine that Bogarl is like a mobile powder keg with a tremendous amount of energy stored inside.
S01:E10 - Pride of GUYS
The operation to exterminate Bogal would put the lives of Mebius and others in danger. GUYS independently run a mission to save Mebius and Tsurugi.
S01:E11 - Mother's Miracle
Just as Tsurugi is about to die, Mother of Ultra appears. Meanwhile back on Earth, Dinozole who the GUYS once defeated has been resurrected as the twin-headed Dinozole Reverse!

Aide Toriyama loses a dangerous research item that was scheduled for disposal. The Meteor named Grote Cell can enter hollow objects and move them like they were alive.

Marina heads to the mountain to ride with Kadokura, the coach of her former racing team.

Teppei's mother happens to see him on television and makes quite the commotion.

A duel between aliens takes place on Oshima's Comet. The intense fighting causes the comet to enter a trajectory headed for Earth, and GUYS prepare to intercept.

GUYS struggles with Monster Saramandra who regenerates no matter how many times it's defeated. Ultraman Hikari appears, but is fatigued from countless battles.
S01:E18 - Pressure on Ultraman
Now that Ultraman Hikari has returned to the Land of Light, Mebius is the only Ultraman left on Earth. Mirai struggles with the heavy responsibility of being an Ultraman.
S01:E20 - The Chief Inspector's Message
GUYS begin the Hamelin Project experiment, which uses special sound waves to guide monsters. However, the effects of these sound waves cause two large monsters to emerge.

Mirai modeled his human body after Hiroto, the son of the Arandas' captain. Upon meeting Mirai, the spitting image of his son, Captain Ban recalls the tragic day.

The police ask Marina to help investigate a case of mass disappearances that occur with ocean sounds. Marina works with Detective Tori who she finds strangely familiar.

During the GUYS Citizen Thanksgiving Day, Mirai receives a challenge from the powerful enemy Yapool who once fought Ultraman Ace.
S01:E25 - The Poisonous Moth's Program
The influential other-dimensional physicist Professor Fujisawa returns to Japan. Yapool uses Terrible-Monster Doragory to secretly take control of Professor Fujisawa.
S01:E27 - The Champion of the Fierce Fight
An experiment is conducted to prepare for Yapool's return. The experiment involves selecting a new Maquette monster and strengthening it.
S01:E28 - Konomi's Treasure
One day when the base is filled with rumors of the emergence of a red ghost, Konomi reunites with a young man named Suzaki who gave her courage when she was a child.
S01:E29 - Day of Farewell
As danger closes in on Earth, young Mebius receives orders to return to the Land of Light. Despite his anguish, Mirai says goodbye to each of his friends.

Ultraman Taro arrives in time to hold off Inpelaizer, and the injured Mebius/Mirai disappears.
S01:E31 - The Hopes of Comrades
The GUYS SPACY defense line is broken, and UFOs appear all around the world. It is discovered that this new race of flying saucer aliens have orders to exterminate Mebius.
S01:E32 - The Monster Tamer's Legacy
An Alien Mates appears on Earth and says he comes in peace, and wishes to establish friendly relations with humankind.
S01:E33 - The Woman with Blue Fire
Teppei falls head over heels for a girl named Misa, but she is possessed by Femigon. Femigon is said to create panic and engulf areas of panic in flames.
S01:E34 - The Man Who Lost His Hometown
Mebius is defeated by Alien Reflect after he discovers his beam attacks do not work on the alien.
S01:E35 - The Ultramarine Light and Shadow
Hunter Knight Tsurugi suddenly appears and destroys the city. People begin to think that the blue Ultraman is an enemy.
S01:E36 - Mirai's Younger Sister
A girl named Kako who claimed to be Mirai's younger sister turns out to be a wandering Alien Psychokino, who uses psychic powers to cause mischief.
S01:E37 - Father's Back
Today is the Advent Festival for Father of Ultra. A day to commemorate the many miracles Father of Ultra performed on Earth.
S01:E38 - Isana of the Ocean
Arigera with its incredible flight abilities just invaded Earth. GUYS and Mebius struggle against this foe, but are saved by Isana, an elite member of GUYS Ocean.

Yapool executes his plan to trap Mirai and the others in a ruined world and brings despair to humankind.
S01:E45 - Deathrem's Plan
George is released and returned to Earth with the message that Deathrem has taken all members of GUYS hostage.

Deathrem is defeated, and the GUYS members have returned, but one of the Dark Four Heavenly Kings Grozam freezes Mebius!
S01:E47 - Mephilas's Game
Mirai wakes from an unsettling dream and finds that Mebius and Alien Mephilas have switched places in the world. Mirai is called an invader by the world.
S01:E48 - Final Trilogy I: Advent of the Emperor
Impelaizer's great army suddenly attacks. Mirai collapses after an onslaught of fierce fighting.
S01:E49 - Final Trilogy II: Dark Clouds of Despair
Phoenix Nest is on the verge of destruction after taking an attack from Impelaizer's great army. The injured Mebius and Hikari do not have the strength left to fight.
S01:E50 - Final Trilogy III: Words From the Heart
Mebius is finally extinguished after taking a beam attack from Alien Empera. The cries of despair from the GUYS members reaches the Ultra brothers.
