S04:E01 - Yorkshire
Rebecca and Ian have decided to move back home to Yorkshire to renovate a Grade II listed farmhouse and run their own vineyard.
S04:E02 - Brecon
Dave and Caroline were both brought up in cities and feeling their lives were too ‘safe’ they’ve decided to move to the Welsh countryside in the spirit of adventure with their three young daughters. They’re converting a stone barn into their dream home and a holiday let. Determined to keep labour costs down, they’ll hire builders to do the major construction work, but will do everything else themselves. They also hope to set up a small holding with chickens, pigs, sheep and even a horse.
S04:E03 - Lancashire
Elpi and Ian want to create a unique home for themselves and their one year old son. They’ve bought an eighteenth century windmill in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. They employ a firm of local builders to convert the windmill and renovate the existing extension. But when Elpi ends up juggling motherhood and project managing while living on site she begins to have second thoughts about the move.

Claire and Stuart are converting a derelict 1950s saw mill into a beautiful home for themselves and their two sons

Melissa and Darren move to a run-down barn in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, but will the credit crunch destroy their dreams of renovating it?

Harvey and John have moved to an isolated croft house on the Isle of Harris in Scotland to create their perfect home, holiday let and a campsite.
S04:E07 - Rutland
Scott and Rachel have bought a Grade II listed Georgian rectory where they plan to lead an idyllic country life with their two young daughters.
