S02:E01 - Episode 1
In this episode, Alfie reveals the three teams he'll be following up close and personal with the TV cameras throughout their 16 week training period.
S02:E02 - Episode 2
The real work begins for Alfie and his Angels when Alfie and coach James Thie set the three teams their first challenge: can they go from couch to 5k in less than four weeks?
S02:E03 - Episode 3
Half way through the training program, the injuries are mounting and Alfie starts to tighten the knot: taking the three teams away on a boot-camp weekend.
S02:E04 - Episode 4
Half Marathon weekend arrives. The three teams join the rest of the 100 Alfie's Angels. Nerves are tingling, injuries are nagging, and Alfie's got more than one surprise in store.
