Lyndey creates both sweet and savoury muffins; strawberry sponge puddings; chocolate fudge cake; and a fig, fennel and hazelnut loaf with labna.
S01:E02 - Episode 2
Two show-stopping cakes! Lyndey begins with an all-occasion "Naked Cake" that's sure to impress and wraps up with her unique take on the Bombe-Alaska.
S01:E03 - Episode 3
Coconut cupcakes created from Lyndey's mother's original recipe. There's also honey macadamia wafers and Lyndey bakes a carrot and zucchini slab cake.
