Celebrity Carry on Barging

Nigel joins Debbie while Lorraine teams up with Simon to pilot two barges along the Kennet and Avon canal. Less than an hour into their voyage their lack of experience shows with a number of bumps and scrapes.

The four celebrities continue their journey along the Kennet and Avon canal from Bradford on Avon to Devizes. While Nigel and Debbie enjoy a relaxed trip Simon is becoming increasingly annoyed with Lorraine.

The group set off from Grindley Brook in England to follow the Llangollen Canal to Wales. Along the way they indulge in some antique shopping in Whitchurch, visit an ice-age peat bog and sample some medieval ale.

Nigel tries to avoid cooking, Lorraine's sense of adventure tests the team, Simon tries to overcome his claustrophobia and Debbie performs a magic trick for the first time since the death of her husband.
