Phil's girlfriend Daisy manages to ruin any good times the three friends are having, not only that, Phil is changing and not for the better.

In which Sam is desperate to end her relationship with her boyfriend Colin. Her problem is he’s too nice which makes it even more difficult for her.

Alex is obsessed with writing a slogan for a Wheatflakes competition. Sam joins in when she realises that the prize is a two week holiday in the sun.

Sam discovers a hole-in-the wall restaurant run by big black Mumma who has the most incredible food and doesn’t like Sam.

Sam wakes up in bed with Alex. Nothing happened but because she tried to hide what happened to Phil, Phil thinks something did.
