Sonomi and Kotaro notice that Chinami is depressed and try to cheer her up.

Yuma invites Chinami over to her temple to warn her to control her emotions.

Sonomi and Kotaro discover the source of Chinami's ability thanks to Sonomi's hard work.

Chinami overhears Kotaro telling Sonomi that he is only interested in Chinami's ability and nothing more. She causes a huge electrical breakdown throughout the city.

Chinami loses her ability to emit EM rays and is actually happy that she is able to buy a cell phone and walk in an electronic store without causing mayhem.

After a day of free time on a class trip, Chinami discovers that her electromagnetic ability is slowly returning; she refuses to tell Kotaro about it.

Emotions are running high, and Chinami causes another electrical breakdown that destroys all of the town's equipment and causes buildings to collapse.
