Go Mifune, a young and upcoming driver, drives a white-body super racing car named Mach 5. Speed enters his first race against his father, Pops Racer.

Go enters the Sword Mountain Race behind his father's back. However, Ace and his gang attack the Mach 5, aiming to steal the blueprints of Pops Racer's new engine.
