Detective Mike Lorenzo and his partner meet Smokey and are given a set of ancient coins that belong to a powerful businessman named Collin Donovan.

While Mike recovers from a devastating loss, Donovan's group of killers learn what they have been protecting and why the coins are so important to him.

As Caroline takes control of security for Blue Star, Jax decides to take the project for himself and enlists the help of some of Donovan's hitters.

Caroline and Doughboy track down Jax and Diamond and attempt to retrieve the coins and stolen Blue Star data, but Donovan's Plan B may cause their efforts to hit a roadblock.

Ruby continues his training with Hirojito and begins an unexpected friendship with the master.

The dragons have decided they will not follow Shadow as the head of the dragon and agree to turn on Hirojito.

Returning to the States, Ruby learns what has happened in his absence and is ordered by Donovan to handle the constant interference of Detective Lorenzo.
