Bat Masterson

Army Civilian Scout Bat Masterson (Gene Barry) nearly gets his neck stretched in an affair involving Colorado politics. In 1876, the newly-created state is engulfed in the wave of high military sentiment which was putting one Army man after another to political office - including Grant in the Presidency. Inadvertently involved with a Cavalry Major, Bat has to extricate himself from a capitol charge arising from the major's political ambitions.
