DI Jack Burns follows Mr Marsh to an abandoned mine where his dog has discovered the remains of a child.

Jack (Kieran Bew) and Gina (Jennie Jacques) walk into Valerie Parker’s (Lynne Verrall) Hair Salon.

With Fenton’s (Charlie De’ath) threat still ringing in her ears Gina (Jennie Jacques) looks fondly at Frank.

As Eddie (Chris Overton) lies in a critical condition in hospital, Coulson (John Bowler) scours the scene.

Jack leads an ashen Reverend Buckley into the morgue where he identifies the body of his daughter Patricia.
